We understand that sometimes plans change. We are happy to offer a full refund for orders that are cancelled before a shipping label has been printed and the package has been handed off to the shipping carrier.

Once the shipping process has begun, we are no longer able to cancel the order or issue a refund. Additionally, we do not offer product exchanges once an item has been shipped.
